Preferred Vendor Program

Welcome to the new and improved Maine Osteopathic Association’s Preferred Vendor Program. The Maine Osteopathic Association (MOA) offers preferred vendor packages to businesses and corporate affiliates for a flat rate depending on the level of service provided by the MOA. This program will promote your business and services to the MOA membership. We have four basic packages which are for 12 month periods starting October 1. Levels of Preferred Vendor Packages:

Level One – Bronze PREFERRED VENDOR Membership Cost $1,000

  • PREFERRED VENDOR Certificate
  • PREFERRED VENDOR Ribbon (to wear at MOA events and conferences)
  • Use of Black and White PREFERRED VENDOR logo on approved mailings and paid ads at least twice per year (Ad fees are on page 6)
  • Receipt of Excel membership mailing list once a year to be used once per year
  • Copy of MOA membership directory
  • Contact Information listing on our MOA website
  • Free Subscription to MOA quarterly newsletter, “The Maine D.O.” and monthly
    e-grams

Level Two – Silver PREFERRED VENDOR Membership Cost: $2,500

  • PREFERRED VENDOR Certificate
  • PREFERRED VENDOR Ribbons (to wear at MOA events and conference. Fee includes ribbons for up to 3 members of your staff)
  • Use of Black and White PREFERRED VENDOR logo on approved mailings and on paid ads at least twice per year. (Ad fees are on page 6)
  • Receipt of Excel membership mailing list up to twice a year upon request, to be used twice per year
  • Copy of MOA membership directory
  • Contact information and descriptive paragraph (150 words) listing on our MOA website
  • Free Ad and descriptive paragraph (150 words) provided by PREFERRED VENDOR, announcing new PREFERRED VENDOR in “The Maine D.O.” quarterly newsletter
  • Listed in convention program, directory and December newsletter
  • Free Subscription to MOA quarterly newsletter, “The Maine D.O.” and monthly e-grams
  • Upon payment of exhibitor space fee ($900 conference exhibition fee), guarantee of premium space placement
  • Upon payment of exhibitor space PLUS preferred silver vendor membership ($2,500) promotional item and/or flyer placed in each conference attendees’ bag

Level Three – Gold PREFERRED VENDOR Membership Cost: $5,000

  • PREFERRED VENDOR Certificate
  • PREFERRED VENDOR Ribbons to wear at conferences (up to 3 members of your staff)
  • Use of color PREFERRED VENDOR logo on approved mailings and paid ads (Ad fees are on page 6)
  • Excel mailing list up to four times a year upon request, to be used no more than four times per year.
  • One (1) fax blast to MOA members with wording provided by PREFERRED VENDOR, compiled by MOA
  • Up to 3 copies of MOA membership directory
  • Free Ad and descriptive paragraph (250 words) provided by PREFERRED VENDOR, announcing new PREFERRED VENDOR in “The Maine D.O.” quarterly newsletter
  • Insertion of “payroll stuffer or flyer” provided by PREFERRED VENDOR, once a year in an MOA mailing
  • Contact Information, descriptive paragraph and web link to PREFERRED VENDOR’s site on MOA website
  • Listed in convention program, directory and December newsletter.
  • Free Subscription to MOA quarterly newsletter, “The Maine D.O.” and monthly e-grams
  • Upon payment of exhibitor space fee ($900), guarantee of premium space
  • Upon payment of exhibitor space PLUS preferred gold vendor membership promotional item and/or flyer placed in each conference attendees’ bag at mid-winter and summer conferences.
  • Upon payment of exhibitor space fee ($900) and PREFERRED VENDOR membership, one additional display table can be set up at the conference for free.
  • Gold PREFERRED VENDOR membership includes sponsorship of one breakfast or lunch with your company’s logo prominently displayed at either the Mid-winter or the summer MOA conference.

Level Four – Platinum PREFERRED VENDOR Membership Cost: $10,000

  • PREFERRED VENDOR Certificate
  • PREFERRED VENDOR Ribbons to wear at conferences (up to 3 members of your staff)
  • Use of color PREFERRED VENDOR logo on approved mailings and paid ads
  • Excel mailing list up to four times a year, upon request
  • One (1) fax blast with wording provided by PREFERRED VENDOR, compiled by MOA
  • Up to 3 copies of MOA membership directory
  • Free Ad and descriptive paragraph (250 words) provided by PREFERRED VENDOR, announcing new PREFERRED VENDOR in “The Maine D.O.” quarterly newsletter
  • Insertion of “payroll stuffer or flyer” provided by PREFERRED VENDOR, once a year in an MOA mailing
  • Contact Information, descriptive paragraph and web link to PREFERRED VENDOR’s site on MOA website

  • One FREE exhibitor space fee ($900 value) at mid-winter conference AND guarantee of premium space
  • One FREE exhibitor space fee ($900 value) at summer conference AND guarantee of premium space
  • PREFERRED PLATINUM VENDOR membership includes up to two promotional item(s) and/or flyers placed in each conference attendees’ bag at b both mid-winter and summer conferences.
  • With a Platinum PREFERRED VENDOR membership, one additional display table can be set up at each conference for free.
  • Platinum PREFERRED VENDOR membership includes sponsorship of a breakfast or lunch with your company’s logo prominently displayed at BOTH the Mid-winter of the summer MOA conference.

Additional Benefits available to only PREFERRED VENDOR

  • Priority consideration for a referral when an MOA member needs services in your organization’s field and primary location.
  • Distribution of marketing materials at assorted meetings by MOA Staff
  • The authorization to indicate your MOA preferred vendor status in marketing material used to inform physicians of your products and services.
  • Due recognition will be given to your business for any support of MOA activities.

How to become a PREFERRED VENDOR

  1. Vendor reviews options and chooses participation level
  2. Vendor completes and returns PREFERRED VENDOR application form
  3. MOA Executive Committee reviews and approves PREFERRED VENDOR application.
  4. Vendor is notified and submits PREFERRED VENDOR fee.
